air septimanie - the friendly virtual airline is recruiting pilots for our X-Plane A-320 fleet !
If you are an X-Plane user and interested in flying one of our A320s for our virtual airline on-line, we are looking for you.
By the way, we believe that playing flight simulation shall be fun and therefore we tend to be much less stringent than many other virtual airlines. Thus, we do not operate to a duty roster, but allow pilots to fly whenever they have time.
In addition you do not need to be a member of an on-line flying association such as IVAO or VATSIM to fly for us ... and we do not adhere to a ranking scheme, but all of our pilots are equal.
We offer hundreds of interesting routes, from the north of Europe to our heartland in the South Of France and beyond. Just browse our routes, airports and planes ... or ... register as a pilot now, select a route and off you go ...
We are happy to announce the use of our new tailor-made OC-POS Real-time Position System as our tool of choice to track our flights, as X-Acars - previously used for real-time position reporting - is no longer available.
OC-POS is a Python-based plugin for X-Plane, which provides similar position reporting capabilities to X-Acars, but has been tailor-made for our virtual airline.
The information transmitted from our position system will be used to display the accurate position of your aircraft in the Virtual Radar or the Live Route Map.
OC-POS as a Python plugin runs on Microsoft Windows, Mac OSX and (possibly) Linux (?) and can be downloaded from our web site.
Please have a look on our information page
on how to download, install and configure our new OC-POS
